Shipping policy

With love from our hands to yours!

Orders are shipped in the sequence they are received. Please allow us to process your order and create a shipping label.  Once a label is created, your package will be transferred to the carrier.  Please allow up to 24-72 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

Delivery times begin one business day after the order is fulfilled.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package is shipped from our Texas, U.S. studio.  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, check your spam/junk folders email priscilla@herlandhome.com for a copy.

Once your order has shipped, you bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from when the same cleared our fulfillment studio. The title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.

USPS and UPS are the available couriers for all shipments.
