Refund policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please email priscilla@herlandhome.com within seven (7) days from the delivery date. Because of the handmade nature of our goods, defects are possible, and replacements may be necessary.
Your email should include the following information:
- your name
- order number
- product photos
- reason for replacement
