Refund policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please email priscilla@herlandhome.com within seven (7) days from the delivery date.  Because of the handmade nature of our goods, defects are possible, and replacements may be necessary.

Your email should include the following information:

• your name
• order number
• product photos
• reason for replacement

If you're experiencing an issue with a Herland Home product, don't hesitate to email priscilla@herlandhome.com and include photos with a detailed description in your email so I can determine how best to help!
