Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. I strive to fulfill all orders within 1-2 days and ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery ranges from 2-5 days.

We ship through UPS and USPS. You can choose your preferred carrier and delivery speed at checkout. Shipping is calculated based on weight, including product and packaging materials. We do not profit off shipping fees. If you're concerned about the cost of shipping, email priscilla@herlandhome.com so I can look into it for you.

All orders ship from my home studio in North Austin (Georgetown, Texas).

Herland Home is currently online only, with occasional pop-ups throughout the year where you can shop *and smell* in person. Check the Events section of the home page for dates.

You can find Herland Home candles across the country in nearly all 50 states, including Hawaii! Visit the Stockists page to find a store near you. Please keep in mind that I have no way of knowing the individual stock levels of each store. I recommend calling ahead to the store you want to visit or ask/comment on their Instagram feed (DMs usually go to a hidden messages folder).
